A government official in the state of Arizona tried to oppose the legalization of marijuana, but he did not get the expected result. Users of the social network Facebook severely criticized his performance. Thanks to the indignant users, the deputy had to agree with their opinion and withdraw the application to ban marijuana. Based on this, there are no opponents of the bill at all, and soon all residents of the above state will be able to safely buy marijuana and even use it in public places.

This Republican MP has long been calling for a complete ban on marijuana, even for medicinal purposes. He also urged all medical professionals not to prescribe marijuana treatment to patients in any case, but they flatly refused. This happened because some patients are in great need of cannabis and doctors are clearly aware of this. Based on dry statistics, about 90 percent of patients who are on such treatment take out health insurance for the use of homeopathic natural remedies, which include cannabis.

According to modern laws, this insurance is valid all year round, but it should be updated once a year, checking with the latest medical tests of the patient. The Republican suggested at least reducing this insurance to six months. However, many residents of the state saw in this a certain interest of the authorities themselves, since in this case, with frequent changes in insurance, patients would have to pay much more. By making such a statement, the citizens clearly expressed their position, the deputy had no choice but to agree with the opinion of the majority. After all, after his bill hit the Internet, his office was simply attacked by calls and letters from indignant people who are absolutely against such changes.

The deputy tried to refute the rumors about his personal interests from this law and said that at the moment marijuana has become too accessible to all residents thanks to doctors' prescriptions, because in cases of bribery, anyone could use it in their own interests. However, these arguments did not affect the indignation of citizens.
